Linear low density polyethylene

Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) refers to a low density type polymer with a density of about 0.915 and 0.930 g / cm3 and a certain number of short chain branches.

Features of LLDPE:

• Flexibility with high impact strength
• Transparency and natural milk color
• Good chemical resistance
• Good water vapor and alcohol barrier properties
• Good stress cracking and shock resistance
• Different varieties of LLDPE are produced, which differ in characteristics that correspond to the requirements for different applications.

Some of the most notable degrees of the LLDPE include:

• Film
• Injection molding
• Rotomolding
• Stretch tape
• Monofilament
• Thread, cover and sealant
• LLDPE is produced in the form of granules or powder, and various additives such as anti-lock agents, antioxidants and UV stabilizers are usually added to them.
